• Letter of invitation from Epic Safaris  required for firearm clearance — you will present this several times

• Rifle permit  carry multiple copies

• ATF Form 4457 or equivalent firearm permit from your home country

• Hotel reservations

• Cash in USD  2009 notes or newer — for tips and miscellaneous expenses

• Credit card
